Township of Southgate Tourist Information

The Township of Southgate is situated in the southeast corner of Grey County. It is the southern gateway to Grey on Highways 6, 10, and 89 and on the multi-purpose CP Rail Trail. It is home to Holstein Maplefest, historic driving tours, the Dundalk Fall Fair & Dance Festival, auto racing, camping, ATVing, golfing, and snowmobiling. See the waterfalls at the Holstein Dam or the Holstein Non-Motorized Santa Claus Parade. Southgate is the place to be to satisfy a variety of scenic, recreational, and entertainment tastes. Pick up local visitor brochures at the tourism booth at Misty Meadows Market on Highway 89 in Conn from Thursday to Saturday in the summer months.
