Osprey Museum

Our heritage museums are hosted at two historic locations: 1. Old Rob Roy School House at 634632 Pretty River Road in Rob Roy at the corner of Grey Rd. 31 and Road 63. 2. Former Salvation Army Church at 315 Mill Bridge Road in Feversham Osprey Museum is a non-profit charitable organization managed by a volunteer board of directors. Operating as a seasonal museum, the Rob Roy location is open for visitors between the weekend after Victoria Day in May and Thanksgiving weekend in October. Hours of operation may be irregular due to volunteer availability. Please contact the museum through our Facebook page to confirm your visit. Appointments may be made to accommodate your schedule, especially for visitors who are travelling from a distance to our area can be arranged. Our main displays are located at Rob Roy. In addition to the school house, you will also find an agricultural out building devoted to early farming and household items used by settlers in the former Osprey Township. Our museum location in Feversham also has many displays. It is also used as a meeting location by various groups in the area and is home to the Osprey Museum Quilters who meet on Thursdays throughout the year. The group does hand quilting and quilt repairs for a fee with all funds going to support the museum. Please use side door when visiting the Feversham site. History books for Osprey Township are still available for purchase. The Feversham Heritage General Store stocks copies.
