Since first opening our doors in 1993 as Canadian Pet Connection, we have proudly remained a family-owned, independent leader in Canada’s pet industry. We are passionate about supporting healthy, happy pet lifestyles. What began as a small retail and grooming store in Oakville, Ontario, grew into two bustling retail locations and a Canada-wide distribution warehouse. In September 2017, our family made a big change by relocating to the pristine shores of Georgian Bay in Meaford, Ontario. This move gave us the space to grow alongside the rapidly expanding online pet marketplace while allowing us to enjoy a new chapter in an incredible rural community. In July 2025, we embraced another exciting chapter in our journey by rebranding from Canadian Pet Connection to Harbour Hound Pet Supplies. This rebrand reflects both where we’ve come from and where we’re headed—a fresh, modern identity rooted in the same values of honesty, integrity, and a deep commitment to pets and their people. With new products added to our online store daily, you’ll find everything you need for your dog, cat, bird, fish, reptile, mini pig, or small animal. All orders are shipped quickly and carefully from our distribution centre in Meaford, Ontario.
