The Township of Southgate is situated in the southeast corner of Grey County. It is the southern gateway to Grey on Highway 6, 10 and 89 and on the multi-purpose CP Rail Trail.  It is home to the Holstein Agro Expo, buggy rides, artisan studio tours, the Dundalk Fall Fair & Step Dance Competition, Holstein Maplefest, auto racing, camping, ATVing and snowmobiling.
