Instilled with a love of food from a young age in the Philippines, Chef Francis Bermejo brings his version of classic South East Asian food to the Blue Mountain Village. Mother Tongue is the second location of the same name for Turner Hospitality Group and features classic noodle & rice dishes, house made dumplings, wontons, spring rolls and more, ensuring no diner leaves hungry—or without takeout for tomorrow. Turner Hostpitality's In-House Design team, worked to create a venue that represents an “everytown Chinatown”—a dream-like version of the stores and shops that can be found in all quintessential Chinatowns in North America.
