Fuller House Art Studio
The studio / gallery is located in one of Meaford's oldest homes built by William Trout in the mid 1850's with subsequent additions made by Peter Fuller in the 1870's.The house has a colourful history. The south facing 'great room' is reported to have been used as a dining hall, a ball room, for a short period a funeral parlour, and now an art gallery where "everything you imagine is real". The oil painting collection by Dean Raeburn-Bell includes interpretations of the natural world inspired by contemporary painters. Dean favours thickly applied paint, vibrant colours and bold brush work. Studio is open most days from 10 - 6 when artist is at home. Admission is free. Browsers are welcomed! Paintings are for sale.
